Following a varied and exciting UK career in marketing, Iain retrained as a Middle years od Secondary School teacher in Western Australia. He has taught a variety of subjects in a variety of schools in Australia and is now keen to explore the experience back in his home country.

​Iain never dreamed of becoming a teacher, but over time it became clear that he had an ability to engage and the skill to aid learning; be it on the slopes of the Italian alps or training teachers how to get the most out of IT.

Iain has brought his can do attitude to the art of teaching and revels in the constantly changing needs of pupils and fellow teachers alike.

When he was in my teens a London businessman told him,"if you want something, don't be afraid to ask. What is the worst they can say?" It is not rocket science, but it has taken him a long way, ask intelligent questions based on as much information you can gather. Then comes the really cute part "listen to the answers!" Another dispenser of knowledge was the sage like character who plaid golf with his father. "Never be afraid to ask questions, but don't ask the same question to the same person twice."

If you take these ideas and run with them, he promises you wont go far wrong.

All work and no play makes Iain an extremely dull boy indeed. You need interests outside of your work, something you can loose yourself in, pack up all your cares and woes, so to speak. Life is about balance, we are here for a good time not a long time. Paddo? He's just walking the dog​. According to his dog there is never the wrong time to get out, get some fresh air and stretch those legs. Who needs a guru when you've got a dog?
